Not only is Vivien a professor of Punk at The Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU Tisch as well as the author of not one, but two books about Bob Marley and a book about Kid Creole and The Coconuts, but a collection of Vivien Goldman's music "Resolutionary: Songs 1979-82" is being released on the European indie label, Staubgold. The tracks include solo work as well as music of The Flying Lizards and the Parisian duo Chantage.
