The New Yorker Spotlights LES COMMUNS

In theater "Goings On About Town Dance" section, The New Yorker spotlights Cedric Andrieux and Christophe Ives' LES COMMUNS coming to The Ellen Stewart Theater May 16 - 18, 2104.
"As part of the citywide “Danse” festival of French performance and ideas, this former Merce Cunningham dancer—a powerhouse and a truly electric stage presence—performs his new collaborative duet, “Les Communs,” at La Mama. A collaboration about collaboration, the work traces Andrieux’s decades-long friendship with Christopher Ives, a dancer whom he met at the Conservatoire de Paris in the nineties."
